The Opportunity: Financial Systems Manager
Salary: £58,865.26 per annum plus £4,427.65 London allowance with yearly increments based on performance.
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent.
Location: 200 Buckingham Palace Road, London.
Type of Working Arrangement: Blended approach of home and office-working is available.
Hours: This is full-time role (37 hours per week).

Our Finance, Commercial & Estates Department at BTP is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Financial Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial systems, driving continuous improvements, and playing a key part in the rollout of a new finance and procurement platform.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the management and continuous improvement of all finance systems (e.g., eFins, Paygate, eProc)
• Oversee the implementation of a new finance and procurement system
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place and adhered to
• Provide expert advice and training to system users across the organisation
Essential Skills:
• Fully qualified member of a CCAB body (e.g., ACCA, CIPFA, ICAEW) or CIMA
• Proven experience in implementing and managing financial systems
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with knowledge of Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Additional Information:
This role includes line management responsibility and requires Management Vetting. You’ll be working closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the finance function.
