The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion & Diversity Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape and deliver BTP’s Inclusion & Diversity Strategy, championing equality and driving cultural change across the organisation.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things I&D – influencing senior leaders, embedding inclusive practices, and ensuring we meet our legal and ethical commitments. If you’re passionate about creating workplaces where everyone belongs, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and deliver BTP’s Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and action plans
- Analyse and present data to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with equality legislation and statutory reporting requirements
- Partner with leaders to embed inclusive practices and improve representation
What you'll bring to the team:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience in Diversity & Inclusion roles with measurable success
- Strong knowledge of equality, diversity, and human rights legislation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
Additional Information:
This role involves national travel across England, Scotland, and Wales, with occasional overnight stays.
